I've been wondering how "mobile coupons" work lately and its as easy as this:
Target fans, go HERE to register for your mobile Target coupons. They come out every 2 weeks and will be sent to you via text message (regular text rates apply). Mobile coupons can only be used once and you simply just pull up the text on your phone, and the cashier will scan them as so (above)!
You will never miss a hot deal this way!
