I typically do not shop at JcPenny; although with their sales you can usually find a decent price on home goods, frames, running shoes, or grandma's Christmas gifts. This would explain how I was unaware that in 2007 Sephora started setting up shops inside of JcPennys stores! If you are headed to the mall before April 7th, be sure to print out this coupon for a FREE mascara at Sephora inside JCPenny! There are usually weekly store sales as well, like the one on through tomorrow, where you can get $10 off $50, $15 of $75, etc.
